Mattawa’s Holiday Spirit Shines Bright!

As we look back on this year’s Toy and Food Drive, our hearts are overwhelmed with gratitude. The success of this event is a testament to the incredible generosity and support of our amazing community.

First and foremost, we want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Wilsons Builders Supplies (Home Hardware) for graciously providing us with the perfect space to host this event. A huge shout-out as well to Valios’ Motel & Restaurant for donating the trailer that made this entire effort possible. Your contributions laid the foundation for something truly magical.

To our local businesses that stepped up with generous contributions—whether in the lead-up to the event or on the day of—your support is invaluable. You’ve shown what the spirit of Mattawa is all about.

Special thanks go to Scott Transpo from Transpo Pilot Car Service for donning the Santa suit and spreading joy to young and old alike, and to Fabian Dukeboy Thibault, who added plenty of laughs in his unforgettable dinosaur suit. 🤣 Your energy and enthusiasm brought a festive flair to the event!

And we can’t forget the incredible Mattawa Good Time Cruisers. Your hard work, dedication, and tireless efforts helped make this drive the success it was.

But most importantly, THANK YOU to the people of Mattawa and the surrounding area. Your donations, kind words, and smiles made this event one to remember. Together, we’ve made a real difference in the lives of those who needed it most this holiday season.

Let’s carry this spirit forward, continuing to support one another and spread kindness all year long.

With all our gratitude,
